(90% of our Christmas gifts are donations in our friends/families names.) When my husband asked if we'd ever get our kids gifts we decided that New Years is an awesome time because a) gifts are cheaper and b) you get gifts all month long that way! We traded gifts this past weekend and have yet to leave a present under the tree. To us its pointless to wait to a specific day... (Or I'm just really REALLY impatient!)
